Join Letters To the successful candidates CGL 2011
SSC had already declared the final results of CGL 2011 on 30 Mar 2012. This time the ssc had done very good job as its already allocated the individual preference area on the bases of option and merits. Now candidates who are got success in these exams are waiting for final letter from the concerned department. There are lot of confusion and doubt about the further procedure about the next steps of ssc and Concerned departments. Here I will provide some information related to the next steps of SSC and Concerned department. It is generally Asked that How long does it take to nominate candidates after declaration of the final results of an Examination?
It generally takes about 30-40 days to process the dossiers of successful candidates. Thereafter, the candidates are nominated to the respective Departments/Ministries to which they have been allocated. The concerned Department/Ministry issues the offer of appointment to the candidates within a few months, after completing the due formalities. Candidates can find out the address of the Ministry/Department to which they have been nominated from the Notice Board of this website SSC Concerned region.
What is dossiers and what is nomination of candidates ?
The dossiers is nothing but a file of candidate which contains full bio data of individual and nomination is forwarding of names of the candidates recommended for appointment by the SSC to the concerned concerned Department/Ministry. As per the rule SSC forward the name to the Head of the department with recommendation of appointment. Concerned Department/Ministry will take around two months to process and issue the appointment letters. Now individual who are declared successful are to visit SSC Regional websites and websites of concerned Department for their appointment dates.

ReplyDeletedear bank po is class one job in bank and in future your salary will be higher but you have more job and have to work extra hrs. TA is clk type job and salary is less than po. But TA also good as it is central govt job. So choose as per your requirement.

ReplyDeleteDear Congratulation! The perk of government job and Private job is different and some people like govt and some private. In private sector if you are hardworking there is lot of money and respect. In government sector money is less but your life is comfortable. Transfer is possible but it is only completion of two year probation period only and that is also not so easy. However if your husband/wife is also government employee you can ask transfer on the ground of cohabitation. In most of the government department there is policy on the grounds of cohabitation husband or wife can ask for transfer. All the best.

Hi Saurabh Congratulation ! Job of Auditor is just like a clerk as An auditor audit the jobs of Clerks in various Central Government offices. Career growth is also good Next grade pay after regular promotion will be 4200/- It is after completion of 3 years of service and passing of departmental examinations.

ReplyDeleteCongratulation ! If, I am not wrong You are ex Sgt From IAF. Question you asked is very crucial for ex-servicemen. Most of the Ex Air Force Personnel getting selected in banks or SSC job . Now question of which is better so I prefer SSC Jobs as for Ex-servicemen salary should not be matter of concern as he gets pension and other benefits. Banks jobs specially for ex servicemen I Think not good as the duty hours are more in banks. Anyhow bank or SSC non interview post it is individual choice. If you choose pay protection than the banks are better otherwise you choose comfort then job of central government are far better. Moreover you will get approx. 25000/ after pay protection and in SSC Jobs you will get 22000/ as the lowest payment.
DeleteMy opinion is in favour of SSC jobs but you must choose as per your choice. More over if you joined already than you can continue with the bank as ex-servicemen quata you can avail only once.

no physicals, just a medical xamination, jobprofile- heavy work duty, promotion prospects are neither good nor bad, and yeah, threat to life cannot be ruled out if posted in areas inflicted with insurgency, be careful!

Dear Your salary will be around 22k. As per My knowledge CAG as Auditor you can not be promoted Excise inspector as Excise inspector is concerned to Custom and Excise department and Tax Assistant in CBEC get promoted as Excise inspector. However if you have c ability then and age left to apply ssc cgl then apply again to get selected EI directly.

These jobs are pertaining to central govt so all states joining will be expected in the same date but it may differ department to department. But salary is vary from cities to city as some allowances in class one cities are more. As auditor your in hand salary for Jharkhand 20000/ Approx.

Dear Job of Auditor is not bad but still you want better than you can try again CGL 2012 . Score depend upon the merits so it can not be predicted now. English book I suggest you that you must choose what book you like and understand better because all books are good. Scoring depend upon the individual preparation not books.

ReplyDeleteas informed by you regarding joining of asst in IB in month of september,I was told by somebody else that it would be around july...also shubh has mentioned that nomination would be given by ssc within 1-2 month and then 2 months more to give joining by various depts so this way also it would take time till july...
is 12 september official date given somewhere...
yeah, but nominations would b done by end of may, then ur dossier would b sent to HQ,IB-R&AW,MHA,N.DELHI. They would further take 2 months to process the dossier and order a PVR.PVR takes another 30 days. By now, august would b completed. Hence, i hope u could join in September. Joining may either be earlier or may b even late! hope for the best, but MHA is a very strict and so slow Dept!

dude, as it is a non executive post, your job profile wud b mostly clerical, u are not allowed to accompany in raiding or carry arms, except under exceptional circumstances.Ur posting probably would be in delhi, else at the state HQ of IB, in the beginning. Coming to arms, u can get a license easily or else would be provided by the department itself if u get posted at sensitive areas like insurgency hit states! viva la vida!

As per My Knowledge now days pay protection is available only in some PSU Banks only. Central govt Jobs after 6th pay commission pay protection is not available. However you get your pensionery benefits as it is and pension with da.

in some websites they mention gradepay as 1900 and
in notification they given like this
(Use‘L’ for Lower Division Clerk and ‘D’ for Data Entry Operator (in Grade Pay 2400)
‘E’ for Data Entry Operator (in Grade Pay 1900))
Grade pay as per notification 1900 for LDC and 2400 for DEO. Salary also accordingly vary for LDC it is around 13000/ and for DEo It is around 15000/ Just calculate you pay and allowance as per the table given by our reader at the link above : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/571/salarystructure.jpg/

Dear Chotan Singh, Nomination means recommendation the name of successful candidate to the concern department for appointment for the the post. As you are selected for CAG as Auditor so SSC send your record file to CAG office with recommendation of appointment as auditor. The job of ssc is HR further process is done by the concerned department. The departments will take minimum 30 to 60 days to issue letter of appointment after nomination of SSC. As per my knowledge you must check the website of regional SSC where from you appear subject exam because you doc records file with them and they will only send the nomination to the concern department as per the results.

Dear Friend it is better you contact your nearest ssc regional centre because they only can reply better way. Other website will only misguide you as such matter concern SSC only Know. So contact SSC regional office at the earliest for your query.

ReplyDeleteDear You asked very important question. As per my opinion there are very few chances of rejection of any candidate who declared success full in cgl or CHSL 2011 but in case candidate is not found eligible then the rejection will be there. But without fault of individual candidate there will not be any rejection as I analysis the result and it is found that the vacancy and recommendation by the ssc are almost same. All category candidates are recommended as per the vacancies in the department. Even some department vacancy are more and candidate are recommended less. Just have a close look on the result declared by ssc for CGL 2011.

DeleteRepresentation Means presentation of your request or point of view before the SSC in Written or Oral on any issue that any candidate wants to say. It is something your request which is submitted to ssc then ssc will consider or rejects as per the rules and regulations.

ReplyDeleteDear it is very difficult to advise on this issue because it is individual choice and wish. There is not job bad or good it is individual who choose his/her career. You have not mentioned your name and your choice. But I my opinion goes in favour of TA as it is central Govt Job and also comfortable to the individual also. But starting salary and status is in Bank PO is better because Bank PO is officer grade in banks. Where as TA is just clerical type job. So choose the one which you like not me because it is your career. All the best

Yes, there was protest by CBDT and CBEC employee for that. Employee demanded 2800 Grade pay with compare to other equal lent employee as auditors as qualification and other requirement are same. Board has agreed and same point is put to the government of India for consideration of the same. But matter is still pending at ministry level.

Hi you got good jobs. As per my view both job are good. But joining is totally depend upon the individual choice as some people like home town job and want to work near to home only where as some people wants good salary and reputation. It is also depend upon the circumstances of individual as in most of the cases woman candidate always favour home zone only. Since you got both opportunity and about your choice and circumstances no one know better than you. So choose the job which fits your requirement. In my opinion both jobs are good.

During document verification I submitted all the concern documents except the attestation form. For this I was told to send it within 10 days to Allahabad. I sent it through Speed Post. Now I am finally selected. But now I am in a fix. Was that Attestation Form accepted. Or I have to submit it again. For this many times I sent mails to ssc Allahabad. But did not receive any reply. Kinly help me out what to do now
Congratulations! for selection Auditor in CAG Rajasthan. None submission of attestation form at the time of document verification is not big issue but this document is required before issuing joining letter. As you have already send it through speed post, it might have reached but you have doubt on this issue. So it is good to you again go to the regional ssc centre and clarify it from there. You can also check through help line number. It is better you visit the ssc centre and resubmit the Attestation Form to avoid any any hurdle. So do not wait just complete the formalities at the earliest. All the best.

Joinning is expected Aug 2012 and your salary will be around 22 K . Transfer is very difficult but you can apply mutual posting if any one want to go there after completing of probation period.

DeleteMutual means each other. Suppose you are from Rajsthan and posted to Mizoram and wants to be posted Rajasthan than you have to contact some one in the same department who is posted to Rajsthan and wants posting in Mizoram. If both agree to exchange than Both employee make a request to the department head for mutual posting. It is difficult but people are there who agree for posting on mutual grounds.

Result of CHSL was declared on 28 Apr 12. Nomination by ssc will be done with in two month and then department will take approx 45 days to issue joining letters.

I think you got wrong conception about excise Inspector. There will be only medical test that is also normal medical as required in any civil jobs. Inspector means not here just like police or force like inspector. Just go through the Advertisement published CGL 2011 and also CGL 2011. You find it on the official website of ssc and also in empl News Papers.

Congratulation! For selection as tax Asst. You have not mention which department you got CBDT or CBEC. Joining is expected in the month of Aug 12. Now first SSC will nominate the selected candidate than the department concerned will issue the jointing letter. Formalities now left are police verification and medical. I think you belong to IAF and got discharge after completion of 20yrs of service. Career prospects as Tax Assistant is good. Within three years you will get first promotion with grade pay of 4200/- and after five year you will get inspector ranks with grade pay of 4600/. All the best!

As I have already told you about the both career (PO and TA). I think your parents can give you best information as he has best knowledge of career as PO. Moreover parents always choose comforts for children.

I find this place very nice. But as a tourist we got very good experience of Andaman Nicobar Island. This is last and final list of CGL 2011, now SSC will issue nomination and concerned department will issue joining letter. Salary at Andaman Nicobar Island, you will get 25% extra compare to other place. However posting from that place will be possible only on mutual ground.

am selected as an Auditor in CAG Gujarat and am from Gujarat and from one of the two cities where CAG office located. so would i get preference in posting due to domicile?
ReplyDeleteCongratulation for selection Auditor in CAG in the same state from where you belong. within the same state preference is given but it depend upon the candidates availability. In case more candidate belong to one district then merit base posting will be given. Infact it is total departmental action and in most of the case localities of the person given preference but you can not demand for that as a right.
